Fully, fully deserved.

However, us only having two players in doesn't seem representative. I think Matty Blair should be in there, and Andy Butler and Tommy Rowe must have been just below the winners on votes. Mellor, Burgess and Adams? Really?

How can you say that going on the fact that you've likely only seen those 3 play twice maximum this season? I personally don't think Butler has been that great, he's been solid but Baudry has been far more impressive (admittedly not playing as much). It did surprise me that Rowe wasn't in but hey ho.

Also if it's voted for by the players it's likely to be a pretty fair and even vote - sure, Plymouth players might have purposely not voted for ours, but likewise ours may have done the same.

Just imagine being a defender playing against a Hylton and Marquis front two.

Yep.. BUT sadly Hylton on a three year contract I believe and gladly Marquis ain't going anywhere.. in DFP it is only Copps and Marquis. with three from Plym and two from Ports. About right I would say, sadly again one of the Pilgrims trio is a certain goalie, but he is a good keeper.

Only blight on that team is McCormack for goalie.

This is based on footballing ability deebee..

he was motm for Plymouth at our place recently, if not we would be 9 points up on Plymouth with 3 games to play...

I wouldn't mind seeing Carey in our shirt our style of play would fit him perfectly. Most of those picked i wouldn't argue with. If you only get two in the end of year team it just shows how big an achievement it is if you manage to win the thing.

Based on his footballing ability though he probably is the best goalkeeper in the division.
What he has done of the field is irrelevant, its a award for the best players in the league.

Can't argue with goalie surprised we only had 2 players though Matty Blair and Andy Butler have been immense and consistent, Rowe has flattered to deceive, Baudry due to injury has not been seen enough by opponents

13 goals and 10 assists Rowe, hardly flattering to deceive. He's played in a number of positions as well. The fact you can think Blair has had a better season than him is unbelievable.

They both, like a number of players have had good seasons, that's why we're top of the league
