ITEN: Does Fergie know his best XI?

Hi folks,

I'm asking a seemingly simple question today, but answering it has proven pretty tricky as you'll see in the article below!

Today's topic, in the wake of the defeat to Northampton and a third straight game without a goal, is who exactly fits into our best line-up. I've taken a stab at it, so feel free to disagree as you please (and I expect plenty will) as I'm keen to see what folks really think.

The more I put this article together, the more uncertain I became. If I'd had room I'd have probably put a 4-5-1 in there but felt it best to stick to the two set-ups we know Fergie prefers to play.

We are a developing team trying to establish its self against teams who are all pushing their teams for the same results as us . Stronger minds and more committed players will do anything to win including time waisting, diving , and over all are more aggressive than us . Results are what it's about and we just don't pit our selfs when it mattters . Cheat no ! Compete yes . It's one or the other and we aren't do either .

Simple answer - no he doesn't. There hasn't been any real consistency in his selections which suggests to me that he's still trying to find out.
