League 1 tables 2016/17 after 11 games

Millwall were 19th and went on to get promoted. Not for a second am I suggesting we will go on to win at Wembley next May, the point is:- we're still early on in the season and there's plenty of time/games left to go  :rtid:

Exactly that. If we finish mid table, I'll be very happy with that.  :rtid:

I'm having a hard time questioning you. And think it is very necessary. To learn.

Where were Colchester and Blackpool in 2015/16 season after 11 or 12 games and where were Swindon and Port Vale after 11 or 12 games last season?
They were all relegated.

Granted I can see your point hound but me like others are just trying to stay positive as anything can change. Glass is half full for me.

You know what Keith, i was always a glass half full myself up to a few years ago but life (and football) kicks you in the nuts so many times and you begin to change your views eventually.
Obviously i don't know how old you are so don't know whether you are far enough down the road to feel the same as i do.

I remember the season we last went down and sitting in the South around March time, we said it had the feel of a relegation season and it turned out that way.
The way we have lost some of our games so far this time around gives a similar vibe.

Totally agree with you there Hound, had it a few times myself but you've just got to stay positive in everything. 27 me so I've already had a few experiences but still a pup.

I must agree that it doesn't look good at the minute and Saturday I thought we were dreadful and deserved more than what we got but anything can change and with some of the players to come back in, I just feel we will get better.

I know we need some organisation and leadership in that team though as no one on Saturday took charge and tried leading the team by example. Everyone just shy away from it.

Right now so would i but i am not filled with confidence with the way things are.

I'm confident on the basis that the teams at the bottom seem very poor and the teams at the top seem very good.

We haven't played particularly badly but we just haven't played consistently well, so on that basis I think we're more than capable of achieving a mid table finish.

At some point we're probably going to have a purple patch so hopefully it will start today.

They were bottom 6 at Christmas weren't they?
