The next three games

Now, providing he doesn't walk after today's shambles (even I won't attempt to find a positive or defend the team or manager after that), the next three games come into sharp focus because Ferguson cannot afford one slip up in them in my opinion.

Next we travel to Bury, who are no great shakes and lost again today. They're one of the few teams bad enough to be sat behind us in the table, and after the manner of today's loss anything less than a good performance and a win is big trouble for Fergie.

Then we're at Ebbsfleet in the FA Cup, a game we should not lose under any circumstances. Can you imagine how bad it'd make him look if we don't come through there ahead of a big local derby?

Following that we host Rotherham, our first true derby match for a decade and it's on the tele. If we don't win that game anyway it is going to get ugly, but if he is still in the job come this fixture and we haven't at the very least seen off Ebbsfleet and played well at Bury, then he has to go for me.

To this end...here comes the cheap plug...I've started a Twitter poll over at the ITEN page, link here: https://twitter.com/DRFC_ITEN/status/921772099060011008

I'm asking at what stage do we give up on Ferguson and dismiss him? Have you had enough after today, or will it take defeat at either Bury, Ebbsfleet or Rotherham to make your mind up? The current leader early on is to get rid of him today, although that's not how I voted...
