FA ..time to go?
« on October 27, 2017, 12:07:35 am by albie »
Surprised no-one has flagged this, so I will;
FA's day of reckoning at Westminster drags organisation's reputation further through the dirt | The Independent

Long past their sell-by date, it is time now to put them out of their misery.
It would be a kindness to spare further distress.

What should a new replacement look like?
Just a change at the top, or a root and branch overhaul of the whole shebang!

I must admit, I don't really have much of a clue about the hierarchy of the FA. Is it still made up of representatives from the counties I.e. Sheffield & Hallamshire etc?

Yes and the armed forces etc. Seriously though it does have a very complicated structure reflecting the nature of the game in this country. The two main strands are the National game board and the Professional game board with the non-aligned sat in the middle. One of these days I'll spell out in more detail how it (apparently) functions.
