Germany v Spain

Two of the best teams in the tournament up to now, but both looking very average today.

I hope the game sparks into life in the 2nd half. I'm nearly dropping asleep.

Two good teams cancelling each other out. It's opened up a bit since the goal, not sure I see Spain conceding though.

That handball was not given but the denmark one was??? I thought the denmark one was less of a handball than that tonight

Is it too early to write the German's off?

This is the bonkers thing and highlights the inconsistency of punishments being disproportionate to the crime.

How can the Denmark pen be given for a deflection of a cross, when a Spanish hand blocks a shot a goal not be?

If the authorities insist in eliminating proximity and accidental then surely the Spanish hand was more of a pen than the Danish one?

Back to the drawing board as it's making it harder for the officials, and everyone else, to interpret.

Inconsistency, just think of Tommy Roe’s sending off.

The referee must have been a bit dizzy. (For the older ones among us).
