I would be interested to know what the clubs targets , that are  set for the Manager and their long term aims and also their views on players who get good contracts but end up being moved out like Evina , Etheridge etc and their opinions on Marquis who dragged his heals about signing his contract as well Williams staying after the Manager asking him to go.
I suppose what I’m saying is , how much of what board says impacts on the Managers actions and choices .
