If everyone came on here to just kiss each other's arses and blow smoke up eath other then why is there need for a forum

Does that mean you only use it to wind people up?

I presume that when you post something from now on you'd want everybody to completely disagree with you otherwise it's a waste of a forum!
you really don't understand the concept of a forum do you, well a forum is to talk about All things not to just come on here and agree with people like you it is to have a difference of opinion.  I don't want anyone to agree or disagree with me or anyone else just have there own opinions and be truthful as they could be

I agree with that. But that isn't what you said to start with.

It is exactly what I said and meant, what blowing smoke up each other's arse means is agreeing with the main just cos that is what the others  want us to do well I don't do that cos I am true to myself

The whole reason it happened was because the players thought it was job done after winning promotion with 5 games to go.
The year before the collapse was mid season not the end as we actually won 2 of our last few games.

Yes you are correct that the players thought it was job done. Once we had guaranteed promotion they thought they were on holiday. Unfortunately we as fans wanted to see Rovers promoted as champions. Do we not matter?

Not just fans. The manager set a clear, publicly stated goal of winning the title. From that point on the team lost every single game.

Well no they actually drew the next game

If you use a smaller pen, you could probably fit “one point from fifteen is entirely fine” on to your sandwich board as well comrade. Would need to be in fairly thick pen for folk to read it though.

That's not an argument, that's just a contradiction!

Just a bit of a task picking you up on all your made up facts which you use to try and prove a point.

There’s a lot of talk about us falling into a relegation scrap. Which sort of suggests that we’ve been getting sucked closer to the bottom 4 over this recent winless run.

Except we haven’t. In the first week of Jan, we were 7 points above 4th bottom and had played a match more. Today we’re 6 points above 4th bottom on level matches. Back then, the teams in the bottom 4 had nearly half a season to catch us. We’re 6 matches further on and they’ve made no progress on us.

We’ve just had our hardest run of matches in the whole season. And a defensive injury crisis. And we’re holding our own. The comparisons with 2 years ago are a bit over done if you ask me.

That's what I've been saying
We're as far away from the relegation zone right now as we have been all season

In the first week of January we were in 11th place.  We're now in 15th place.  That's four places nearer the relegation zone however you look at it.

Hopefully we'll improve on that this evening.
