While watching the basketball on Freesport today I looked up Danum Eagles to see how they were doing and found this article. They've had to with draw from the national mens circuit due to a lack of funds. Surely the eagles would be a perfect addition to the Club Doncaster model?? A club that is trying to promote sports in doncaster and get the local kids active should be encouraged. Does anyone know if there have been any discussions with the eagles to bring them into the group??

They ended up having to play in Scunthorpe recently due to getting higher up the ladder where their Doncaster home didn't meet the criteria needed. They couldn't agree terms with the Dome. It's a sad state.

I think it's be a decent PR exercise for club doncaster if they took the eagles in and helped them out. Surely Gavin Baldwin has contacts at the dome to help them out
