I think the BBC are wrong there was a thread on here about it and it was confirmed he's ok

It was reported on here that the club secretary had phoned the FA to check and it was confirmed he isn't banned.
Apparently booking after R3 are wiped off and so his Oldham booking means he is currently on one yellow card.
