Neil Warnock

I must say I have massive respect for how Neil has conducted himself over recent weeks since the news of the passing of Emelio Sala was confirmed. I always used to like to listen to him on Radio Sheffield when he managed the Blades & his You Tube clips are legendary - I watched today as he attended the funeral in Argentina and he showed a dignity I hadn’t seen him display beforehand & have to say he has gone up considerably in my estimation as a human being - I’ve always rated him as a football manager with his ability to seemingly achieve great results with limited resources wherever he’s been

I will second that.
I have always been a big fan of Warnock.

I really don’t like Neil Warnock. Grudgingly I concede he’s a decent manager, but some of the stuff he comes out with is terrible - his “sooner the better for Beexit, to hell with the rest of the world” speech, despite managing a squad of various nationalities at a club owned by a Malaysina, and at that time being engaged in the pursuit of an Argentinian playing for a French club being a prime example.

However, throughout this tragic ordeal he has conducted himself with a great deal of dignity and has been a credit to Cardiff City. He’s certainly fine up a notch or two in my estimation.

I like Warnock. Very good manager and a pretty sound bloke away from the touch line!

Warnock as a manager I don’t particularly like despite his proven success..

Would I have had him as our manager.?  Yes I would..

Warnock as a person, I have no doubt he’s a decent bloke at heart, and this just goes to show that..

I call him Colin for banter, but not today.  Neil Warnock showed dignity and respect that goes beyond football rivalries.

Neil Warnock is the type of person we need in this sport where human decency  has ebbed !
