Marosi

Lewis
Anderson
Downing
Andrew

Whiteman
Rowe

Wilks
Copps
Sadlier

Marquis

Kane has been immense for us but he needs dropping, Sadlier for May is obvious. Rowe gets in ahead of Crawford. And I'm sorry but you don't drop your 20 goals a season striker when you need to win.

That looks a reasonable team but I would play Kane rather than Rowe if Whiteman plays. Copps coming back in will also help to raise Kane's performance.

I agree about Lewis as the defence might need a bit of bolstering to cope with Whyte. You can always bring Blair on later in the game to run at tired defenders.

Not sure McCann has confidence in Lewis. Might be wrong but last match he started was I think the piss poor team performance away at AFC Wimbledon where he was subbed at HT.

Is Lewis decent? i've not seen much of him in the games i've been too and we seem to still prefer Blair most matches so i assumed Lewis was struggling when playing

He's okay defensively but doesn't offer much going forward.

His distribution at AFC Wimbledon was on par with Crawford last night.

Lewis was subbed off in that game to allow  Blair to get at their left side defence, not because he (Lewis) was playing poorly.
It was a tactical attacking change.

If Lewis was considered  a better right back than Blair then he would be playing majority of games. GM knows Blair does not like right back so he must believe he has no other option.

Another Loan like Smith who was a risk and have not prove themselves to the manager to be able to hold down a first team place.

The timing of Lewis coming in was probably because of the upcoming Mason court case.

The problem with Lewis is he likes to leave a mark on his man early doors, often leading to an early yellow card which is a risk then for the rest of the game.

Shame the January loan's haven't really worked out. When i saw Smith score those two on debut i thought he'd help fire us into the playoffs easy but just hasn't worked out for whatever reason.
