Could we not go for Graham Jones a long punt I know but if you have Chris hughton why not Jones
sure he just been appointed Brentford manager or somewhere

(Is his son still in our academy?)

If we appointed Grayson, would Glynn Snodin come with him? He's just joined Chesterfield as assistant but tended to be associated with Grayson before then, and it would be a move that brings a lot of goodwill in the fanbase with Glynn's legendary status at DRFC.

What’s everyone’s obsession with Moore? He has done absolutely nothing as a manager and doesn’t fit the job specification.

Neither had McCann

No chance with Danny cowley. My mates a big Lincoln fan and he as a 1million release clause in his contract. Hull were prepared to pay it but cowley wasn’t interested

There are some good managers in the list, life will no doubt go on, Grant is now yesterdays fish and chip paper, but we can hardly blame him for looking after himself financially, very few of us would not given the chance.
The best of luck to the guy, he owes us nothing and likewise we owe him nothing, hopefully the club were well recompensed for his services, which when you consider we picked him up off the scrap heap is not a bad bit of business for a years work for the club.
Appointing a new manager should not overshadow the work the backroom staff have to do in the interim period with the players who are already here , they are the most important people at the club for the time being, having the playing staff we have here at the moment as fit and ready for any new manager as they can be to give him the best chance to hit the road running.

Scholesy* would!

I sat next to him at the Keepmoat for the Oldham FA Cup game and I noticed he was constantly looking at what seemed to be betting apps, but I assumed it was to keep an eye on scores elsewhere like how Salford and Man Utd were getting on.

*That's what his pals call him lol

If not Russ Wilcox with Jon Schofield as assistant, why not have the recently spotted around the Doncaster area Gary Megson, he’s a good manager

Very surprised that no one as yet has mentioned ex Rovers favourite Glyn  Snodin. Highly reexpected as a Coach I understand. Regards. Ray
Yes coach not manager. I don’t think he wants to be no 1.
Love to have him as no 2 to Darren Moore or Appleton or Grayson.
He is a brilliant coach and would be so popular with the fans.
Would be over the moon to see him back at Rovers

I suspect when the new manager is announced we’ll all be “googling” to find out who the fcuk he is. I doubt it will be anyone mentioned on here.

Richie Wellens not interested
Darren Moore yes
Michael Appleton possible
David Flitcroft no chance
Chris Houghton yes but there’s no chance
J F Hasselbaink not done enough for me just a big name
Simon Grayson yes
Stuart McCall not for me but I’d suggest he’s in the running he was last time and wanted it
Danny Cowley is not going to leave Lincoln for rovers.  Lincoln fans love him
Sol Campbell did ok last year. I’d say yes to him

I’d have Saunders back

On what basis? He got us relegated, jumped ship as soon as he could, divided the dressing room, has done nothing since and played crap football.

I'd say we were going down anyway like when Ferguson took over but can't dispute the rest.

Interesting that you should say that, about relegation.
A mate pointed out to me that prior to McCann, our last three managers took us down in their first season.
Ferguson, Saunders and Dickov.

Who the hell are Stephen Constantine and  Fatih Tekke.  He sounds like a relative of S Evans
