Someone posted recently, that he thinks it's so we don't have to pay any compensation! It did make me think.
Not being controversial just asking. I get the board have principles and will not poach and I respect and see that. However we have named some good out of work managers. So my question is this. Why do we not approach someone out of work? Some good names such as Grayson, JFH, etc. A) Would be quicker B) Does someone who applies necessarily be more committed or is it worth approaching someone as they might fancy it. I don' t necessarily see an applicant as more committed necessarily because they applied. I would suggest that the football world works very different to say a car manufacturer in terms of the term manager, so different rules may apply. Just a thought- views?
I’m not so sure.Hull have just done it in 3 days. Whereas we’re looking at probably mid July. I would’ve thought we had a list of potential managers we could approach, ones we’ve interviewed before, ones in work but we know are suitable candidates and then let other apply for a couple of days. Then interview the best ones next week, not sure at all why we need to give people a week to apply, the ones who are interested will have already applied

Go for this guy. Good record, young, German residency, seems to tick lots of boxes. Domenico-Tedesco
