Against a shit Bolton side, and we seemed to go into self destruct made halfway through the second half

A good result and a very good first half performance.
Bolton were drawing with Coventry until the 92nd min on sat, possibly the best side in the league.
A good result tonight

I thought I’d gone to sleep and woke up in a conference game! That was hard work to watch it.

Hard to watch but conditions were not great, pitch starting to show the winter signs too. Dug in well though and did the job.  I like fejiri, he is a real handful.

But let’s not forget Bolton are MASSIVE according to most of their fans .. they do what they want .. score when they want .. don’t they? Can’t they? Who are they? 😂

In control until we gifted em the goal then wobbled, though I still felt we were the more likely to score again.
A wine's a win, 7 points from the last 9, let's hope Reece James is ok.

Coventry only beat them three days ago with a last minute goal.

We won, get a grip

Result is the most important thing which we got, the performance is the second most important thing, far from brilliant but two goals and a win is all that really matters.

Alan Southside........I thought I’d gone to sleep and woke up in a conference game! That was hard work to watch it.

I was just thinking through the game on how much better and technical that tier 3 has developed from 10 years ago.
We will always have the gerrit forrad brigade but if you step back and watch the style of play then you might appreciate what’s happening in the game.
However, the refs don’t let players tackle anymore and there’s no more blood and thunder local Derby’s like there used to be.

Disappointing that we didn't win by more but a win is a win and 3 points closer to a playoff place

The thing is, ....when we stopped playing out from the back and decided to let the keeper just hoof it forrad in the last ten minutes we actually gained more ground and contained them better...

Those were not ideal conditions for trying to play out from the back....

We were coasting at 2-0 although we should have had more. A howler  from Dieng gave them some hope which they hadn't earned and we struggled to calm it down. We had chances after that though but it's the 3 points that matter.

Cole offered very little when he came on but pleased to say Ramsey did keep possession at vital times.

You've obviously not been on the Facebook group, Wilts. Makes this place seem brimming with confidence we'll be lifting the Champions League trophy within 3 years

I thought we played some decent football in spells in very tough conditions. Bolton have some decent pros and some nouse, players like Jack Hobbs and Luke Murphy are no mugs!
I was worried about the game before, quite happy.

3 points and we move on - I think the Gillingham game will be more difficult.

Did we start to panic or what! A couple of misplaced passes and they all went into panic mode slicing it, hoofing it, and everyone chipping in with gifting the ball back to Bolton
1st 60 minutes we were in cruise control Sadlier was ripping the full back every time and then after 60mins we stopped passing to him and lost control of a game that should have been a comfortable win. Once again we were left hanging on but at least this time it was for 3 points

Spot on, thought exactly the same thing sitting watching it myself last night, although interesting some on here saw something altogether different lol!
