Coaching book “gold dust”

I was listening to radio 5 on the way home and they interviewed the father and son writers of this book David and Keith Mayer
I think it said David was the academy coach at Liverpool
One of the main contributors to the book was Darren Moore
They spoke highly about him
The book seems to be about coaching kids as well as managing theirs and their parents expectations
They came across really well and seemed really impressed with DM
