Does anyone know if the club shop in town has more sizes available than the website?

I went to the Frenchgate store about middle of April and there was no Rovers home or away shirts from like medium to XL I think.

I tried to contact the Rovers club shop by phone today but stated it was shut and the alternative was the Frenchgate and to just email with any queries....

There are some bargains for any jockeys that may want some Rovers merch. Not much else available (at least online there isn’t)

Went by yesterday and looked impressive / high tech / attractive and we'll stocked

Got my little lad a home shirt for a tenner and they put 8 instead of 6 on the back (his age). Got in touch and they sent a replacement that arrived the next day. Cracking service. Just hope he doesn't grow for 2 years and I'm quids in as they didn't ask for the shirt back.

I ordered some things and they refunded half the order no explanation, I’m guessing it was out of stock, you’d have thought the system would know that when I ordered though.

Will have been out of stock. I ordered a few bits from the JC26 range and they didn't turn up but they'd stapled a note on saying it would be refunded ASAP. Like you say, really it should stop you ordering stuff that isn't there, but at least I didn't have to chase it for weeks.
