Don’t think so unless someone has access to one of those dodgy sites? I’d welcome it too, if anyone knows, I’m suffering from COVID after a work trip to Lisbon or I’d be there! Glad I’m double vax’d because if this is ‘mild’ I can’t imagine what a severe case would be like!!

Age? Co-morbidities?

Also, how do you know that the vax actually worked for you? You might be one of the many people whose vaccines have little effect on, but are still able to recover from the virus as you would any other.

Other than that, hope you start feeling better soon.

Thank you. Or maybe because I’m double vaccinated I’m getting a milder version than my son who wasn’t vaccinated and ended up in hospital??? Vaccines don’t prevent you getting it but reduce the severity for most people. My age and co-morbidities are my own business.

It was a throwaway comment so I’m not up for debating the rights or wrongs of vaccinations. I work in immunology and work for AZ but not feeling well enough to start a discussion right now. If anyone wants an educated discussion then give it a week or two and I’ll happily go for it.

The AZ is unsafe for the under 40's though so maybe consider another manufacturer for that age group. They are more reliable and effective too than AZ.

As I said, I’m not debating feeling as ill as I do. My working for AZ has zip to do with my knowledge of immunology, if you must know they bought out my lovely small biotech company and I didn’t get a choice of who bought us.

I had the Pfizer jabs btw.

Pleased for you. I had one AZ jab as they said it was safe, and then found out a few days later when they pulled it for under 40's that it could potentially kill me. Needless to say that AZ eroded my trust in vaccines and i now rely on my immune system and am not double vaxxed and never will be.

Hope you do get better soon though Lincs.
