Which match are we following this evening? (2)
« on May 19, 2022, 07:11:07 pm by Wiltshire Exile »
As last night with the Europa L’ge, I have very little interest in Premier League soccer these days. Sad, but true. So, for me, the 2nd leg of the League 2 Playoff, Swindon T v Port Vale is the ‘listen-to-match this evening on talkSport 2, and not Everton v Palace, etc.! A very similar situation to the Cobblers v Stags game last night. My money’s on Port Vale, as a home win would enable me to see the Rovers at the County Ground next season!

It looks like it’s going down to the last P.L match on Sunday, as to who occupies the 3rd relegation spot. Leeds Utd. anyone?

Watching that Calvert-Lewin winner tonight. It's so long since we had literally anything to cheer about. Maybe those two Tommy Rowe goals at AFC Wimbledon? It feels like 18 months of constant, grinding, unrelenting misery.

The 30 seconds before Sadiler scored at home to Bolton.

Vale win on pens. Only a 22 mile drive to watch Swindon v Rovers next season!

More shameful scenes at the end.

Give Jack Payne a contract now, get the contract out, put it on the table, let him sign it, let him write whatever numbers he wants to put on there.

Gone to Charlton on two year deal after rejecting new deal at Swindon.
