I yearn for the halycon days of Sunday People and pouring its comprehensive coverage of gates, scorers, scoring times, etc. The coverage of the EFL cup on line seems sparse, and the usually reliable BBC sports site only show the scores. We usually get around 1500 for these group games, and Barnsley are said to have sold about 800 odd tickets.

On that basis I'd guess around 2300 on Tuesday.
