Final day fixtures

Saturday May 6th happens to be the coronation of King Charles. I can’t see those fixtures being allowed to go ahead unchanged.

We’ve asked for clarity from the EFL but they need guidance from DCMS and broadcasters before making an announcement.

Same day as the horse racing 1st classic of the flat season the 2000 guineas. Bet they don't move their fixture

Also clashes with the Army Navy rugby game, think some of those involved may have to miss the game, if it’s played, marching up and down the streets of London.

I thought the plan was to make Monday the Bank Holiday?

….. and move all the sport to the Sunday or Monday.
