No one yet. Greeny is doing that role at present.
Said they will not rush it. May take 2/3 weeks to get the right personn.

I guess like the manager, it depends on who is available at this point in the season. There will not be enough money in the ot to pay off contracts etc

The club has an official website and often there are interviews with the management on it. I recommend it.
