McCann knows him but if you’re looking for a like for like Tommy replacement you’re looking for a high energy player who gets around the pitch and scores - that’s not Crawford.

The Grimsby lad suggestion on the rumour mill is the most likely Rowe replacement I think.

Provides an alternative to Sbarra and will be great for McCann’s high press style.
