i think as much as it might give you some comfort in knowing you'll get your money back the club are well within their rights to tell u to b*llocks (if they do). when you buy a season ticket you are paying to watch drfc play football, not in the championship. obviously you would expect it to be cheaper, but then haven the prices been frozen for the 2 years we've been in the ccc?

People wont commit to buying until they know what league we are in. Which kind of scuppers the early bird idea.

My way or the highway again.

There is a world of difference between \"Good Football\" and \"Exciting Football\" and \"Sucessful Football\".

Good football is served up by many, exciting football by many less, sucessful football by few.

If the main criteria for ST hike in price is Good football then heaven help us if it ever became exiting or sucessful.

Can't beleive the negative comments once again on here about anything the Rovers do, it's never good enough for some people.

You know and i know i mean sucessful relative to the league we are in. In league 3 sucessful. In league 2 sucessful. If sucess is measured by staying in CCC then yes we have been sucessful, if measured by any other criteria, then no, we havnt been.

surley staying in this league or finishing around halfway is the best we can hope for on our budget, people say do a burnley but they bought a million pound player just about every season.people moan about prices i say pay it or dont moan where we finish

I'm afraid we're not all rich like you Mr bpoolrover. Us poor Cat C holders are facing a right price hike if we don't pay before end of this month; a 50% increase if we don't pay before June!

Get off your golden high horse and try to be a bit more sensitive will ya?  :S

Is this a serious post?  Who exactly do us fans expect to pay the wages of the players.  They're quick enough to moan we have Mark Wilson but then moan about higher prices so we can have better players, investment, facilities, stability etc.  It's ridiculous.

Its not just the price, but the lack of advance warning and the fact us Cat C sth's have to pay £120 more than last year if we don't coff up by end of the month. Thats what's ridiculous!

p.s. I will always moan about having Mark Wilson!  :P  (j/k!)

Well I know quite a few Hull City fans (yes they are fickle, moaning fans...Brown out one week, next week Brownie give us a wave) but all have renewed STs not knowing if it's PL or CCC next season. They are mostly enjoying the ride. Maybe we should too?

Do you need advance warning that the sun is going to rise in the morning?  FFS, we have all year to save for the ST, we know they're going on sale any time now.

It's fair enough to enjoy the ride when it is in Premiership/CCC with season tickets from £370, but we are playing in CCC/L1 next season, with season tickets starting from £400 (Cat C, after April 1st)!

I think you will find its £130 and thats only if you pay before june then i think it rises another £15 thats only £5
off a 100% increase

hmmm not sure you've got that right mush.

Cat C at present: £280
Cat C \"Early Bird\": £320 (14% increase)
Cat C Before June 1: £400 (43% increase)
Cat C After June 1: £420 (50% increase)

(A 100% increase on last year would be £560)

Fair point. That isn't so attractive, even allowing for potentially more games in CCC than PL. Nevertheless many Hull fans are finding the dosh and this will fill the KC next season generating atmosphere and funds. I do hope we don't see the opposite happening at the Keepmoat.

Humble apologies BFYP, my remark wasn't intended for you, I fcuked up with editing the quotes and your name finished up at the top by mistake.

Plank? how can I argue...
