Rigo and I have just been to watch them. And to think our fans moan. Them and Watford didn't have a midfielder who had any creativity of any of our midfielders. Wilson gets slated, well look at the crop on show between them two sides.
What a poor showing from those two sides. Having said that 3 players did look good. Helguson up front was class for Watford and would be a great target man. Varney could be a good shout also, he was direct and had that bit of quality that others lacked. Purse at centre half was also quality.
But overall, I think we're spoilt. I've watched a lot of games as a neutral and nobody seems to entertain like we do. Do Rovers fans expect too much?

I think the problem, Big Fat, is that naturally, we always want that bit more.
We play wonderful football and hold our own in the Championship, so what we want to see next is wonderful football in the playoffs, Premiership, Europe etc.
I used to wish Shaun Flanagan could actually learn how to cross a ball, that Carl Swan's feet might one day actually leave the ground, and that Carl Alford wasn't a useless fat bas**rd.
None of it happened.
But did I stop dreaming?
