According to this we're looking at Jonny Tuffey, anyone know what he's like?

During the 2008–09 season Tuffey started all 36 league games for Partick Thistle and kept 14 clean sheets.

Impressive at any level.

Is this the same keeper we was linked to be interested in before? With us and a couple of other championship clubs interested with him being valued at around £200,000 or was that A.N.Other goalie at a scottish club.If it is the same then his name coming up again like Dean Sheils's kept coming up while he was at Hibs, then maybe he is one we are very interested in at the right price that is,mind you there is some stiff competition there by the looks of it.

Sounds like an awesome prospect really. Would he really want to some to us though over the likes of Rangers who will be playing in Europe?? Very doubtful!

Will be sad to see Sulli retire, if that's the case.

Who says Sulli is retiring?  Surely competition for places, including the keepers jersey, is what keeps players playing to their best.

Sulli has turned in the performances this season, no doubt, but his position has never really been challenged.

Sulli won't be retiring just yet, as long as he can keep out of injury trouble. He has another season in him yet, so won't be going anywhere until in his opinion there is a safe pair of hands to gradually take over from him I reckon.

Not when Rangers have the current Scotland no1 in Alan Mcgreggor. Either playing for someone or sitting on the bench, I know which i'd preffer!!

The article speculates that Rangers' signing of Tuffey would allow them to cash in on McGreggor to ease their financial situation
