And tomorrow is the 30th anniversary of Ian Curtis's suicide.

I shall be wearing a black armband all day in tribute.

Edit:  In fact, I'm off to watch Control again in a bit.

Certainly is, mate.  To mark Curtis's passing, Peter Hook and a few pals will be playing the entire tracklist from the Unknown Pleasures LP live and in order for the very first time at The Factory in Manchester.

Tickets are sold out, I believe.  Hopefully he might squeeze a few of them in when I see him there on 2nd June.
