Is Copps nearly out of contract? I thought he signed last summer. I thought he was save for now

Has anyone got the contract list of players with less than one year remaining?

Eight other players have been given the chop by Blackwell - Glen Little, Henri Camara,Jonathon Fortune, Derek Geary, Justin Haber,Ian Bennett

Anyone take your fancy ?

Glen Little can be a quality player and Blackwell didn't get the best out of him. He could be another in the Oster mould who's lost his way and could do well if SOD can help him to get his confidence back.

I'd say they're just about the only club he'd never leave for.  He seems to dislike them completely.  They did twice throw him over a wall remember and he made the point quite a few times around the time we played them that beating them meant alot.  His celebration summed that up.

But if they offered him a big wad of cash, I'm sure that'd make up for it.

Well I have woke-up this morning with news from a Middleborough fan I know who has told me its on one of their Fans website's that they are going to sign Copp's for £1.2million and we have accepted the bid as he only has 1yr left on his contract and that we are not likely to sign Sharpe as Barnsley and Derby are both in for him and are offering more wages than us.  :(  thats my rumour round up for today anyway. :)

Probally just putting 2+2 together and getting 6.
Must admit 1.2m seems an ok price IF it was to go on players.

keep the faith.    :)
