2. One that inspires legends or achieves legendary fame.

Based on the above descriptions (with No.1 having no relevance) you'd have to say only Sir Francis would qualify. This would be based on one goal scored in one particular match.

The only other player worthy of such an accolade, IMO, would be Alick
