Rovers v Leicester

Not sure how Sean will play this. You think you have a pattern and see something and then bushta he then throws in Euell and Mason.

I think the team may look like this.......

.......Sulli..........

Hird...Thomas..Friend.....JOC

Copps...Gillett..Stock....Oster

......Hayter..............

......Euell...............

Assuming Stock is fit, otherwise we may see a cautious approach with Wilson or an attacking approach with Mason.

We had these for 45mins at their place (how many times have we said that), and then we were well and truly thumped in the 2nd half (albeit a very iffy penalty started the rot). A strong side and plenty of pace in key areas. They also have Prem players. A tough game this one and the key may be how seriously Leicester will take this game or not, as to providing the outcome.

I would be happy with a 0-0, but I know there will be goals in this

Come On Donny

Match preview now up on Viva Rovers for this game.

At the risk of sounding like one of the tabloids, I've heard a rumour with a reasonable base that we could see Billy Sharp today. From the bench I presume, but there you go.

Well, I'm truly inspired.  Wrong thread for this I know, but just finishing watching most of Ashes to Glory vids and what a fantastic story!  I know most of it through snippets from you lot, but JR is a great narrator and seeing shots of BV, and players that I've only heard named was fantastic!  Yes, we're staying up and I don't know what the score will be today (never do), but Donny does indeed have that stubborn fighting spirit that is the benchmark of you lot.  Also never knew JR played on the team, and even for a few minutes was such fun.  Will also start reading Donny: The Complete History to fill in the holes !  :-)

Must go back to finish the rest of the vids now, and oh :scarf: :scarf:

Forest 1 Scunthorpe 0

Good for us, even better since it's bad for Leicester

Edit: Barnsley now ahead at Bramall Lane :cheer:

2nd Edit: Forest 2 up - someone tell the Leicester players

P.S. Anyone there?

It needs a 12 goal swing now in less than one and a half games... chances of that?

\"Woods kicking and distribution better than Sulli\"? :saywhat:

That is the one bit that is true when comparing Sulli and Woods. Sulli is more in charge of the back 4, better positionally etc etc. Woods is a good young keeper but not fully the automatic number one yet.

From the little I've seen of Woodsy, I'd say he's very slow at distribution and his kicking is scary on pass backs.

Yep, true if Coventry lose, we just need those extra 19 goals to grab 18th.

To get 18th we would only need to overhaul Barnsley - if we can hang on today :chair:
