We have signed an experienced championship player. His goal scoring record for the last three years just slightly better than James Hayter and far superior to any other players that are fit. Hope he can score and the defence can stop the other teams.

I'm looking forward to Saturday and the BEEEEAAST shouts. He's a cracking option at this level for that type of game plan in whatever time during the game.

I'd play him front with Hayts and have the ball quickly moved up field with the midfield providing and supporting.

Benaldo- do you get off on being so negative? If we signed Messi you'd probably say he was too small. If we signed Rooney you'd say he was too ugly.

I think it's excellent news too. Whilst not necessarily as good as Heskey, I think he may add that extra factor of helping the team play better, more attacking, football.
