How do i upload my profile picture?

Hi all

Realise before i get abused i am probably being thick but i can't see where i can upload my profile picture, in my 'profile'

Hope somebody can be of help as i am new to the forum and still getting used to it.

AND I'M THICK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:P ;) :P

Go into the main forum and looked for a 'pinned' thread labelled FAQ, scroll to the bottom of the page and it tells you there...
