I'll start.

A couple of months ago I mocked CusworthRovers for being a grown man who was unable to poach an egg.

It has recently come to my attention that you can cook sausages in an oven. Why it took forty years for me to find this out I don't know but my sincere apologies to CR. I now accept that we all have our culinary blind spots and it was wrong of me to make fun of yours.

I myself have only just found out the delights of sauted carrot on a bed of buttered King Edwards, followed by a custard horn with lightly toasted nuts for dessert. If you know what I mean.
