Brizzle beating Barnsley, so Coventry down as it stands, even if they win.

They were talking about a broken finger/thumb, he played in a cast. Maybe a bit too much pain.

Where does the phrase "stonewall penalty" originate from?

Where does the phrase "stonewall penalty" originate from?

It a term that come from an American General during the Civil War and means "no way will Doncaster be awarded a Penalty"

From the dictionary -  “stonewall” is a verb, as in “to block obdurately, or Defensively”. Maybe what it should be described as is a stone-cold penalty, as in “dead obvious”, or “a no-brainer”.

So when you think about it, it’s dead obvious. Or stonewall.

Here's an easier one. When did we last keep back to back clean sheets?

Must have been a dodgy decision as we don't get awarded stonewall pens!

Is the Philsky Curse about to be exorcised?

Add that to two consecutive clean sheets and an away win and it could be a good day!
