I suspect the reason they aren't here is because they know their sector is already saturated or in the case of Pizza Express or Ask probably believe there isn't the disposable income in the town for people to trade up from Pizza Hut. That Frankie & Bennies for instance doesn't seem to get packed out.Anyway, it looks like there's more on the way but I suspect it'll just take trade from businesses in town.
Surely the likes of Nando's, Pizza Express, Ask, TGI Friday and even Frankie & Bennies would do much better in town? It just shows how pointless Peter Davis is!!! Why doesn't he try and fill the town center with businesses rather that letting people build these bloody horrible leisure and retail parks.COME ON YOU HOOOOOOOP!!!!!
Thanks for the info Mr Frost. Nice to know what you are all talking about. You'd probably be asking the same if I mentioned Applebee's. Chilli's or Red Lobster, Popeye's.

On my last proper visit we were in Mesquite for a few days and had one breakfast in the Hotel....the rest of the week we ate down the street with the locals.....as Adam Richman would say.."Oh my goodness, that's the Gospel right there !"Mind you, that was the trip that started off in Chicago where I got a crash course in 'buying' Dunkin' Donuts.....we'd stopped off to visit the export manager for Riddell. He met us off the plane late at night and proceeded to take us for a coffee and donuts.....and haggled for the remaining stock in the shop and blagged it for about $25. I think he ended up with just over 100 donuts which he took to work the next day !

Instantly forgettabeThe road between the 2 was NOT forgettable. I was bricking it and was being massively cautious as it twisted and turned between 2 vertical cliffs of never ending sandstone. The "Semis" or Artics were blasting past me and to this day I have never been as frightened behind the wheel of a car.Normally I just get on with it
