Copps

Not wanting to have a pop at him unnecessarily, but I just think its a bit off that he hasn't mentioned the club or the supporters in his interview, or not mentioned the supporters on twitter.
Billy has been on thanking the Southampton fans and explaining his decision to move.

Aye maybe rob, but he's been on twitter speaking to mason and a few others. Just though maybe he would've said something.

There's time for all that.  I bet he doesnt know what day it is.  All this broke late this afternoon, and I guess I'm not revealing too much if I say this morning there was another club in for him (no, not Hull)

I'm probably way off but wouldn't there be a touch of irony if it was Burnley?

Something along the lines of (from memory) always been a Forest fan, had a trial as a kid, grew up with Collymore as a hero and always dreamed of playing at the City Ground and the bigger crowds give him a lift and he'd get that there.

Nothing much, said he needed a fresh challenge, said Forest were his boyhood team ( although I`ve heard him say in the past that Middlesbrough were his boyhood team), got dropped of at service station near Bristol and his agent drove him to Nottingham

This has reminded me...where is SIRFRAN and his adamant claims that Copps would move to Hull on deadline day?

Errrm, wasn't Copps formerly a boyhood Boro fan...used to go and watch with his grandad...?

I'm fairly certain he has stated before that he used to have a season ticket as a kid at Middlesbrough. What a spanner.
