Get in!

The Woods situation will probably be papered over now though, unfortunately. New goalkeeper needed for me at this stage of the season.

If I win the hand delivered season ticket, don`t send Gary Woods, he`ll probably drop it down the drain before he got to our door!

best comment of the year on player - about McCoombe jumping into Woods' arms after the Bennet winner, "I'm suprised he didn't drop him"

He may have called me up to thank me for renewing my season ticket. He may be a nice lad. He may have improved. BUT THE bas**rd WAS NEARLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ME SMASHING THE HOUSE UP!

Sorry Gary, the lads have got you out of jail and you should be very worried about your place. If JR was listening to this, like the rest of us, he'll be thinking about the GK position.

The thing with Woods is his overall game has definitely improved this season. Rather than ship him out, why don't the G/K coaches concentrate on an intensive programme to cure what is his weakest ability as a goalie.

JR didn't think much to Gary Woods early on last season, so I can only imagine what he thinks after seeing what he's done the last two games.

Feels so weird to be top of the league after ballsing up 4/5 opportunities to take that spot in the last month! Well done lads.

Weakest ability? Is n`t it a basic requirement of any aspiring keeper to be able to catch a ball!

No harm done and overall I think Woods has had a good season.

ALL players make mistakes, although when keepers do so it is normally glaringly obvious because of their position.  Others also make mistakes, but these often go un-noticed...................

Yes you're absolutely right Filo! so if he can't do that, then the coaches need to bloody well get hold of him and teach him how to do it properly.
