What about him?  I'm more concerned with our 11 doing the business today...

Pretty sure he was the awful ref we had that aided pompey to condemn us to relegation last season!

Exactly, after the complaints about him I'm amazed he's allowed anywhere near a pitch where Rovers are playing, unless of course its a different Mick Russell

The football league referees list in the Sky Annual lists a referee called Mick Russell and an Assistant Referee called Mark Russell.

I think we may be OK

Thank gawd for that

That explains a lot. Didn't realise it was Glenn.

Cheers Fuzzy.

Is the game getting covered on Radio Dee Daa?

This pairing of Glenn the lead commentator and Danny as summariser sounds good

Can't believe Sully's playing, please show faith in the youngters.

This bloke's career has spanned 4 decades for goodness sake.

1 clean sheet in 10...hope his back's up to it  :suicide:

Sounds more promising after a iffy start.

Just thinking Cotterill needs to up his game a bit and he puts in a dangerous cross, so may be he's on it today.

The assistant commentator must be Michael Owen then. (sounds just like him )  ;)

Sully has made a good save, Bournemouth have hit the bar, so far it sounds pretty even

Bringing Sulli back is a great move, match fit...bags of experience...just what we need between the sticks at this point of the season.

Yeah, Danny sounds like Michael Owen. Is Danny on here too?

Glenn doing a great job!

Sulli is good to plug the hole in for today that's all (which by the way I very much doubt he will) After today's game we need a better option bringing in.

Bournemouth in control, sounds like we're hanging on a bit

There's a difference between hanging on desperately and defending comfortably though..?

Is Jones 100 per cent fit?

Was taken back to see him starting after reading he was out with Injury?

The important thing is we're steadied the ship after Tuesday. At least we resemble a football team.

Reasonably confident we can step it up in the second half. Not sure Bournemouth can.

Blades 0-0
Swindon 1-1
Brentford 0-1
Yeovil 0-0

So far so good.

Still in the game though...

What's the feeling compared to Tuesday, playing better?  Is this a typical away game, defend well and go and steal a point or 3?

I couldn't agree more Glenn is made for it along with Danny/ Paul . Now we just need to win the frigging game.
