to be honest german football imo is the way ahead in my experience. clubs ran properly , grassroots sporting clubs with amazing facilites, fans treated like humans, cheap match tickets and excellent atmospheres . the irwt and other fan club partnerships are great and a step in the right direction but the germans have had it all for years. when i was over there i loved it
