So Bale is NOT the best player in the World, but has sold for the most money ever........so how much money would you need to purchase Messi ?
Just heard summat on 'News at Ten. Apparently, this Vodafone deal today, selling Verizon for £85bn, is bigger than the GDP of Hungary. So, the whole output of 10 million Hungary in one year could only buy 1000 Gareth Bales. Or, Bale is worth as much as 10,000 Hungarians. The world has truly gone f***ing mad. Fu*king mad.

The amount of money spent so far in England in the transfer window is more than the GDP of 12 nations (based on UN figures)
Whatever...I was merely asking a simple hypothetical question, wasn't looking for a moral lecture
Any chance of making a point without the obscenities? Or are they needed to add credence to your points?

Just think about how much of your money is being syphoned off into the pockets of agents. Just think about it. Then f**king grow up and cancel your subscription.

Amen to that.....don't know how any self respecting football fan who cares about the long term future of the game goes anywhere near Sky to be honest.
So a good footballer from Wales signs for a Spanish funded football team for a vastly pumped up fee, and that's Thatchers fault too! Thought it would be
