Just been on the phone to the ticket office asking them if we are able to exchange unused season ticket match vouchers for todays game, and all they said was 'Doncaster Rovers currently dictate which games you can do this for'.

I've rung up for nearly every game this season regarding this and still we can't use them.

I never complain on here, but, I feel with todays game suspected of being a poor attendance, they should have let us use them.

We have had one game this season were this was possible. Can't remember which one though.

They should be trying to boost bums on seats as much as they can really, does the VSC get any form of a heads up as to when we can use them? It'd save me and/or others ringing up every game then

I did not get my "free" Alliance Tickets earlier in the Season

When the SLO's were made aware they asked for those people who were affected to e-mail them and the Club would respond

I DID e-mail the SLO's ... but they (the Club) DID NOT respond

As for Alliance stuff, don't get me started. I've been signed up since August and had f**k all off it, apart from emails of who's won what in a fortnightly raffle. That is slowly looking like it's going to be cancelled soon unless I get SOME kind of welcome pack/information cos as it stands I just feel like they've rung me up, given me telephone spiel, signed me up, took my money and run. I know where some of the money goes to, but that's only going off info' from others on here.

Shouldn't we all be getting the same thing though? After all we've all paid up.

In saying that, I'm still waiting on instructions on what my purchases on my DRFC loyalty card equates to. Cos there's 2 ST's been purchased, plus shop stuff so surely I will be entitled to 50p off my next pint or summat?!?

I bought a Stevenage FA cup ticket and they forgot to give me a scratch card, but luckily they remembered to give me a flier for the Millwall game .

A... 4 for £50 voucher which i didn't give a toss about.

Really?!? When was this? If so what happens to points/money or whatever it is that I've been collecting over the years?

No scratch cards left I asked yesterday,I didn't get any when I got 12 qpr tickets other week do thought would ask when went in yesterday
