A weakness in anyone running a business and unfortunately we have many ''yes'' supporters too who will do anything to ingratiate themselves to the deity that is JR as well.A dangerous situation if allowed to go on unchecked and unanswerable to their fan/customer base. Allam's behaviour at Hull City is a perfect example of that behaviour. He isn't going unchecked .
