Anyone can easily become board members/directors if the board at the time vote them in/appoint them as directors.

Yeah should be fine, that bloke at Leeds passed it and there's nothing dodgy about him.

He hasn't though, he just hasn't failed it.  If he is found guilty in the appeal he has in Italy they will force him to sell Leeds - he hasn't yet gotten away with it, just isn't as yet found properly guilty in Italian court.

Equally the FL specify it must be clear who controls and influences its member clubs, so it can't be hidden.

Do you know what gets me, when we had multi - multi - multi - multi - multi - multi rich owners people were saying ' Ooh let's not over spend, let's be sustaining, and if that means league one and two, so be it.........NOW they're suggesting that poor old John and Louis haven't got enough money to take us forward!

BB what "Irks" me is that all of the "Owners", Ryan, Bramall and Watson are "Lauded" in some quarters for "Putting money in the club. FFS 20 million over 8 and a bit years is nothing in football terms. Look at MM at SWFC, 30 million in less than 4 years, or poor bugger at Reading Sir JM, lost 300 million of his 400 keeping Reading going.
