For the record, I've never actually watched Game of Thrones. TV (apart from news) is for idlers and losers. What I actually meant was that I'd go round to his hotel room and hector him about the moral obscenity of Germany's economic policy towards Greece. And if he doesn't f***ing well score two next week, I'll go round again and scream at him all night about the Argentinian Default in 2002.

Aye, that I have. Seem to recall that it was about 63/64. A bloody, wet miserable Tuesday night. I think Rovers got a point. Is the town still that bad?
Thought it was described as chocolate and custard? I'm sure I saw them play in that at scunnys old showground
I never got to see us in that kit, never seen a photo of it either. You would expect the club to have retained a set of each kit for posterity?

Wilts: I used a good site for my potted history and head to head bit on the mic last season - I can't remember what it was called but will find it when I get home for you!
I think that might be 11v11 Al

First thing you notice about this guy is his size. His legs are more than twice as thick as any other player in the team - or at least as far as I could tell from the warm up. At times I thought he looked slightly clumsy but he still managed to hold the ball up. He does this partly because of his physicality, it's just very hard for defenders to go round him when he's got the ball, they end up having to go through him like yesterday.
