I will not be going next season if Dickov is still there. He's got no idea.  No plan A no motivation skills.

Obviously, seeing as we're 7th and just lost to the 7 points clear leaders of the league.

errrr Rovers play COALchester on saturday

Bradford are at no so Posh

if Rovers better Bradford's result then they are back in the play off positions (yes BC have 1 game in hand) but this is the real world Barcelona didn't sack their manager after losing to Malaga on saturday  meanwhile get on the phone to Tottenham pdq

update
just to point out the city substitutes who came on after 90 minutes were Smith (goal goals goals )& Jet now what does that tell you about the strength of their squad now the injuries have cleared up
by the way JET only started 1 game before xmas for city and the fickle rovers fans were praising him to the rafters after the bristol games

incredible, do people think we should just up and automatically beat the league 1 leaders?

Weather you like Brizzie or not, they are top for a reason : THEY WIN MOST OF THERE GAMES!

Time to scrat about in your scuddies for your cojones lads. After all the moaning is done, we've still got the 7th best record in the division. We've had two bad results on the bounce but we're still in with a grand chance of making the play-offs. Because none of the other sides in the mix are able to pull away.

Moan all you want. Get it out of your system. Then get supporting for the run-in.

Just think back to 1998 and ask yourself are we currently in a worse position?

got a neutral view of the match here

http://www.espn.co.uk/football/sport/match/550233.html

is it porkies ???

"Robins bounce back with win

Bristol City returned to form to strengthen their grip at the top of the League One table with a hard-fought 3-1 win at Doncaster.

The game was closer than the scoreline suggested as Doncaster battled back in spirited style after City had taken charge with an impressive first-half display which saw them 2-0 in front.

Luke Freeman fired the visitors ahead in the 10th minute after taking advantage of a lucky deflection when a misplaced pass from Aaron Wilbraham bounced off a defender straight to his feet.

City were by far the better side in the first half and they made it 2-0 from the penalty spot in the 33rd minute when Greg Cunningham slammed home the spot-kick after Paul Butler was adjudged to have fouled Kieran Agard.

Doncaster hit back strongly in the second half and substitute Curtis Main scored the goal of the game in the 59th minute when he unleashed a 20-yard thunderbolt in off the crossbar.

The home side tried hard for an equaliser but were caught on the counter-attack in the 69th minute when Wilbraham added the third against the run of play with a low angled shot following a superb left-wing cross from Cunningham."

it is probably fairly accurate as such however the performance of Mr Atwell was nothing short of awful even  Radio Sheffield said he lost the plot! and he totally influenced things along with his west stand muppet

Agreed Daggers.

That report is a fair reaction.  We were the better side at the point Brizzle broke and got their third, but Atwell and "Pencilneck" made a complete mockery of the game.

I fancied us to take 3 points from these 2 home games, so we just need to beat Colchester on Saturday.  Simple.

I take it you left the game for most of the second half??

We are in our best position (on average taking divs 2, 3, 4 and conference into account) being 7th in the 3rd division in the 47 years you have supposedly supported DRFC..

Call yourself a supporter??

Let us all be honest about one thing - an absolutely attrocious refereeing performance took away all focus of another terrible, poor first half performance.

How many times have you actually been in 47 years if that's gonna break your back?

At least you get the chance to GO to games Watto, those of us who live abroad would love to see more games but have to support the team in different ways. Get down there on Saturday and give the lads support on our behalf.

He's the only person on this forum, including even Mad Mick, who I have on ignore. There's some real tripe written on here, but he regularly took it to a whole different level before I concluded he was plain unbearable. I assume he's not got any better then!

right lets do the maths 2015 less 47 = 1968

the "defendant" claims to have started supporting rovers in that year 1968 at the moment he has provided no proof to justify that statement

we all know rovers finished 10th in that season  1967-68

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1967–68_Football_League

however guess wot
r
rovers won the 4th division championship in 1968-69

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/1968–69_Football_League

so it's 50/50 whether the "defendant"  jumped on the bandwagon of a successful team
and allegedly was a glory hunter

shame he didn't got to the 3rd match of the season Scunthorpe took a 2-0 lead inside a quarter of an hour -- it would have been very easy for a father to walk out of the ground with his son then however rovers came back AS WE ALL KNOW  :scarf: :scarf: :scarf: TO WIN 4-3

does the "defendant " remember that

then we wouldn't have this embarrassing ttp thread

judgement
defendant found guilty of being "a glory hunter"

M'lud,

Could it be the defendant is using the term "years" where Seasons would be more appropriate. which would make it 1967-68 season.
