Good to see some positives coming out of this, it is about time people did something positive like this.

£500 is a good start, now push on and get some more as £500 won't go a long way at all. What actually is the plan with the money and what type of flags are you looking at for a start. A new drum is certainly needed as ours has had it - the Colchester one was ace though tbf, we need one like that!

Just had a play on footballflags.co.uk and if i had the spare cash floating around id definitely invest in this beauty, 10x5 foot and at £121.20 all in its a real bargain, you can add as much text and as many crests as you like and the price still stays the same. Maybe this wave of optimism and enthusiasm could be just what is needed to bond all fans of the clun into a closer unit.
We all want success for the club let's look for positives not negatives and if we don't agree with someone, debate like adults and just agree to disagree if nobody gives way. It's far better than bickering or carrying a grudge.

£552 so far, I know it's reached the target, but this is a very poor response so far given the numbers that were moaning about a lack of atmosphere, most of who's names don't appear on the list of backers, will the flag designs be limited to those who have actually backed the project?

The whole reason of creating the Black Bank is to raise funds to purchase the flags?

It is to improve atmosphere, something i will be contributing to when i change my ST to the South next season. I'm not a fan of the flags, like at Boro/Palace etc. Don't think it really adds much. My personal opinion.

I will be, as mentioned, in the SS next season contributing to improving the atmosphere.

Yes, one financially, the other not, it seems that when money is asked for folk are reluctant to donate, it's not a dig at you personally, theres plenty more out there that shoot their mouth off but do nothing when push comes to shove, they'll be the same people that moan should this turn out to be a damp squib

With all due respect. Thats b*llocks. Why does financially it matter? The one target is to improve atmosphere. What will improve atmopsphere more, people donating money for flags. Or people standing and singing?

Crowdfunder is at £552. Not sure in donations in cash but I imagine were at about half of that raised with Crowdfunder so we aren't far off £1,000.

Hoping to put a poll up on our site soon reference voting for the first flag, we'll be taking all those posted in the last couple of weeks.
