I saw that on Facebook last night but didn't think anything of it. Does at substance to it that he's not in the squad today and Dickov didn't mention him being injured yesterday.

He's always been outspoken. Perhaps it's shows how the players feel about Dickov, Wellens is just the bravest/loudest one. Where as the others are more professional and get on with it.

People would blame dickov for chuffing anything, Wellens is one of my favourite all time players but to let your team mates, fans, manager down like that if true is a disgrace

Regardless of what you think about Dickov, any player who spits his dummy out to the extent that he is dropped from the entire match-day squad given the situation we're in is a disgrace.

It's even worse if that player is consistently churned out poor performances for the best part of a year.

Going by the current scoreline,maybe Wellens has been the problem.Sometimes good old pros do not like it when youngsters can do a better job at times?and stir things up within the squad?Copello's biggest problem in the world cup was the sh|t stirred by Rio Ferdinand and his Utd pals with the London/Chelsea side of the squad.They let all the England world cup fans down,after great qualifying stats.

Thats just my guess,I do not claim any of it to be fact,just my opinions.

At least if he has put in a transfer request then he forgoes his right to have his contract paid up.

Enjoyed watching him before, but if he doesn't want to be here then get shot of him quickly on a free and get someone in that does. No time for carrying players that don't want to be involved.
