No evidence of cost cutting but losing Forrester and Wellens.  They would have 2 of the highest earners surely.

This bunch of players are gradually sucking the life out of us fans!
Nothing gradual about it Filo!
We're sinking faster than an Asda trolley in the Don!

At least you can get your £1 back from the asda trolley, these players are giving us nothing, I don't want to hear the same old talk about we go again. I want to see the players roll their sleeves up and find a heart!

Fook me, even Colchester and Crewe are winning now.

Only good news is that Blunts are losing again, and they are still only four points from the top six.

Well it may have escaped your notice but we were playing quite well and pressing..until ref couldn't wait to brandish a red card.

Now, that will now open the floodgates for the doom-mongers to wallow in their own prophecy  so, it's goodnight from me. Have fun!

No evidence of cost cutting but losing Forrester and Wellens.  They would have 2 of the highest earners surely.

Neither were getting a game,

We've still not reinvested the money saved.

Fergie is happy with what he has got,  apparently.

I can't see how he can be?  And if Butler and Copps and now Keegan are out, the argument diminishes further.

I'm still convinced that there are 4 teams worse than us in this division, but that conviction is being sorely tested at the moment.

I know that, I'm not stupid, hence why I know getting rid of them two and not replacing them has cut costs.

It is realistic to say we are in the midst of a relegation battle and need to find match winning form to save our season.

Folks saying words to the effect that we are already down, or will be if we lose on Saturday, now that is doom mongering.

FWIW I think we have the quality to stay up, reasonable comfortably, but the form needs to change!

IDM, once again i hope you are right.
The truth is though that we have a very thin squad and DF has said he is happy with what he has got.
Most fans would disagree i think.

Is he happy with what he's got, or having to make do? Seems mighty strange to me that he wouldn't strengthen if he had the chance.

DF cannot be serious stating that though.
He must be secretly trying to improve the squad.

No. There's no reason why he wouldn't have improved the squad after shedding several of the highest earners unless his hands were tied. There's no other logic to it.
