For all those that say the Board don't care ...... well you should have seen the scenes in their Box at the final Whistle.

JR is adifficult act to follow as he was so vocal. These guys are very different but it doesn't mean they don't care, of course they do.
Why would they bother if the didn't?

I never questioned the Board's commitment only their decision making at crucial times along with the players. Now hopefully we can improve , learn from these last 2 seasons and move on up regardless of the Division we play in.

Here we go again, another thread started in attempt at stirring up trouble on the forum. As always, happy to oblige........

They were probably celebrating the fact that the team IS good enough after all, and that they don't have to spend any money on improving it.

Not me that should grow upCGJ its those that think suddenly this board are now the best.One win in eighteen then all is forgiven,defeat or fail to win at Chesterfield then its back to normal.The game yesterday only proved what they are capable off wheres it been since January.Ask around if people have now changed their minds regarding the board or DF.

For me, yesterday's result is equally frustrating to that of those of the past number of weeks. If we had played to our potential we would not have been in the trouble we are in. That has been down to the players and the management; not the board

Exactly the Board aren't on that pitch week in week out and of course are unable to influence the results directly.
However they or at least certain members of that Board know that they could have helped the manager in the crucial month of January hen to some extent the wheels not only came off but had to come off. It was an error of judgement then and I'm sure they and DF have learnt from it.

It's gone and now we can play for pride if not for position. We have hope again , something we have lacked for some time .

Imo sacking our manager now or even before the beginning of next season would be the most disruptive thing we could do . The blame should be shared collectively by those with us still and those that for one reason or another we had to get rid of.

To sack our manager, despite the worst run in our history, would be a travesty of justice as well as further destabilisation of our club at such a crucial time. Sacking someone always , at least to some, seems to be the best but usually the most expensive solution. Let's kick on , weed out any other weak or disruptive individuals (both on and off the pitch) and see where it takes us. It won't, despite what some would have you believe, take us to the Conference.

Onwards and upwards , we all know it's only one win but it's a start........

The problem is winning against wigan as good as a result it was,I would sooner the team had ground out a result against Blackpool and Srewsbury at home then a realistic chance of staying up would have been on the cards.And for those the headline suggest give the board any credit for yesterdays win must also blame them as much for the last 17 matches.

Acko , after a great result, why do you feel the need to still pump out negative things . Try and be constructive at least with your criticism rather than taking away the credit from where it was due . Be supportive whilst realising there is much to do still.

Enjoy the win as much as you have appeared to wimper over the defeats !

What positive and constructive things do you think the club can do to improve ?
