Only penaltys along the floor get saved. Get a bit of height on them. Pro's should miss 1 in 10.
Somebody even compared him to Curtis Main which I cant see myself Marquis can get into the positions better but probably isn't as good a finisher...Talking of Curtis, the fans are none too impressed with him so far..They haven't had a good start even though they are favourites and are already calling for Cooks head...And we thought we had problems..lol
:chair:I agree Passed along the floor into the corner Is better than a couple of feet off the floor, perfect height for a goalie
Aye but you don't half look a cock if you get it a bit wrong and you sky it.
However if you out-phsych the keeper and he goes the wrong way, its's seen as an easy penalty..However I agree, go for the corner or the top of the net or down the middle, but either way hit it with some welly!!
Agreed BST. If you're taking a penalty just hoping the keeper will go the wrong way, then someone else should take the next one.IDM - I'm not sure how many people think a penalty like that is "cool" or "easy" or "safe", I think people are just happy to have scored so their focus is on that rather than the fact that it was a poor penalty. I've seen several penalties when a few minutes later I've said to my mates/they've said to me "lucky the keeper guessed wrong, that was a poor penalty".
Has Martin Woods penalty returned from orbit yet

Anything over about 4 foot high with a clean contact and its guaranteed to go in.

4ft high is a goal keepers dream. I wouldn't have you taking penalties.
